The errors are probably of the same type we see, only in real time.

NAQ says it is beefing up the data feed with multiple T1's (one last week and another next month) and reducing subscriber demands on the server by liminting number of symbols to 150 for the $40/month tier user ($60 for more). If this works it may reduce glitching of graphs and data brown-outs. (we have had weeks in the past of very clean feeds, but it was short-lived) Changes probably need to be made in the client software also to eliminate the graph glitches completely.

NAQ has not indicated if they would get the other bugs fixed and finish completion of features in the client software. I think NAQ and Papyrus/Kanisa are in a stare-down to see who will blink first under pressure from the public/press, since neither seem to want to spend the money to fix the other nagging problems at our end.

If I were lookging at this program for the first time I would wait at lease till sometime in April before going Real Time, it would take multiple weeks of successful operation before I would recommend the program.

Real Time users must have a feed is timely, displays that are accurate -- and these are the current problems.
