Does anyone know if the Intel stock was bought on the open market or via a private placement from NCD? Seems like people here are assuming it was bought on open market, but I can't tell from the announcements... Private placement would mean there are now more shares outstanding... Open market would explain some of the recent price appreciation... - Nate
