Chester, Yes, I believe that's usually the case. The court awards them a percentage of the settlement. I was just emphasizing that they would not go to the cost of researching and filing the case if they didn't feel they HAVE a good case and a good chance of winning, because if they don't win, they get no fee. So it lends a degree of credibility to their accusations against Zonagen -- in my eyes, anyway. Linda
