Vocaltec , Radlinx in merger talks-paper

JERUSALEM, March 10 (Reuters) - Israel's Vocaltec Communications Ltd (VOCLF - news) is conducting merger talks with
privately owned Radlinx, a subsidiary of the Rad Group, the Globes newspaper said on Tuesday.

The merger would entail the allocation of Vocaltec shares to Radlinx shareholders, according to a market valuation of $10 million
to $20 million for Radlinx, the paper said. Vocaltec's market valuation is $186 million.

Vocaltec and Radlinx representatives declined to comment on the report.

The paper said Vocaltec, a maker of Internet telephony software, is looking for a partner in the field of Internet faxing to integrate
the technologies into a complete product line.

Radlinx develops products that integrate fax and e-mail technologies.
