SEC investigation of manipulation: The Securities & Exchange Commission & Pink's contacts zuck16 Mar 10 1998 12:39AM EST Just thought all would like to know that there is an SEC investigation going on into Mr. Pink and others involved in the manipulation of ACRT. Focus of the investigation is on these threads. I myself have given the SEC a statement. Reid Figel, chief of the securities and commodities fraud task force for the southern district of NY will be meeting to discuss prosecution of Micro Cap stock fraud tomorrow evening. Carmen Lawrence, Regional director of the Northeast regional office of the SEC will also be involved. Also, Yahoo has been documenting things and have themselves contacted the SEC.
