To All, We are currently testing a new server, and are running with just a few users on this. However, we replaced the original "sharon" server last night with all new very fast hardware. This should be running better than ever now. As far as the trace routes you are seeing, since we installed the new T1, we are no longer using an ISP, so therefore, the route will be different.
