Seems that any stock that defies one's own personal sense of logic and reasoning is 'rigged'. I at least prefer that to Bill's battle cry of 'scam'!

Actually, ZONA is in a technically strong position and hence it is a stubborn puppy. The good short trades have already been made frankly and the rounding bottom is a signal to cover. It may trade lower than it's yearly lows but I believe it will trade substantially higher first. Not all price movements have anything at all to do with fundamentals. Strong bottoms can be very stubborn as well as those stubborn ceilings that seem to never get taken out on long positions.

For the fun of it, use a graphics program and take the chart of ZONA and flip it upside down like a mirror on the x axis. Now, ask yourself if you would go long. If you say "no way am I going long on that chart" then flip it back over and ask yourself if you should go short. This is an interesting exercise.
