curtis, I still think that "sports medicine" and OA are somewhat different specialities and conditions. If they really use sanolfi's product as 3 injections rather than 5 they are just wrong and the package insert or PDR can prove that to your friend/patient. Still another opinion is in order. The 49's need repairs of acute injuries and surgery. Jim
