Mr. Van Hummel,

Your theory concerning Private Placements and their timing is interesting and
points the direction to discover a basic question regarding the near future.

In my periodic sampling of the rumor river I have detected particular indications
that an awful lot of people are watching Naxos and anticipate a "big splash" news
release. I would like to hear opinions from any contributor or poster on what
happens when they all want in at once? How do you squeeze a lot of demand into
such a small daily volume?

I have written an email to Jimmy John asking him to time the release of news to
correspond to the best opportunities for a large audience. Mr. John does read this
forum everyday providing us a terrific opportunity to let him know what we all
think about when to send out the next release. Mr 2 suggested that this Friday
the 13th with its full moon would make a good day for release. Do we agree with
him? Should we release in the middle of the day? As soon as the release is finished?
Should we cool our jets and wait till next Monday or Tuesday, arguably the
very best days for release? How about this afternoon after close?

I'm curious to see what helpful suggestions this old thread can come up with.
