Unfortunately NO. I have been waiting patiently for over a year for this to happen. They will not be a major player in the stepper or coat/develop business but they will be a fantastic niche player. What I mean is: INTC or MOT are too big a customer and would consume their capacity and resources. However, they could easily take care of customers like MXIM, NSM, IDTI, MU, etc. with relative ease and then grow bigger, if this was their desire. We are talking quality systems of which I can speak with personal knowledge. It just seems that everytime the IPO seems to be imminent, we go into a "tech correction". It looks like people are getting ready to run to the hills again, from my vantage point. Andrew
