funny you mentioned that since we had similar conversation here about the magical $25 few days back. Each time amtx is approaching $25 someone is dumping the stock. I do not think it is connected to MM's since their trades would not register on block money flow. Today is no different since in the morning someone dumped(sell) $1.2M worth of stock and it showed on block money flow.
If Soros is to take a short position before covering it through new issues he probably would do it by setting the target and selling 10%-20% at a time. Of caurse, it is probably not him because it started before S3.

ps if someone is taking large short on calls they usually do it only if they are covered. I do not think that someone is playing with options.
