I'm quite pleased to hold a significant position in LCI, via their 1997 acquisition of USLD.

There is quite a spread between QWST and LCI. The deal is $42 in QWST shares for each share of LCI, based on Friday's QWST close of $36.50. LCI closed at $37.70, or $4.30 short of the original exchange value. And I thought the spread between COMS and USRX was bad.......
