Bernie, Thank's for the analysis. I'll give a quick review of what I was thinking and posted because others seem to enjoy posting misrepresentations again and again.

I agree that FUGAZI's question on LLY was rhetorical. After the deadline passed (last month), I did call LGND IR (March 4) and I was told that a press release was coming out, but it could say which option was chosen or it could just say that the deadline was extended. I assumed it would be the latter and indeed last night such a release did come out. Therefore, there was no need to comment on the rhetorical question, which I viewed as just another complaint.

Instead, I was excited about the small molecule mimic of C-GSF. I assumed that it would be discussed at length over the weekend and such a discussion could impact LGND's price. I also thought that upward pressure was dictate by former and future news as well as technicals.

I did call LGND IR on Friday to try to get info about the upcoming "Science" paper. I was unsuccessful, but I thought that enough was known to start a discussion. A couple of my assumptions were incorrect, and I received an update by someone familiar with the details (which had been presented at both meetings).

Consequently, I spent most of the weekend gather background, clarifying my initial posts, and clarifying the constant misrepresentations.
