The thing is they just appointed Max Cawal President and COO, perhaps because of Boyar's past... who knows. He is supposed to know something about the business. So I would say this guys past will not affect the whole operation now that the control is split.
By the way, what does everybody think of the volume these days, 500,000 shares, but no movement. It seems a bit odd. Does anybody know what the public float is out there anyway. And what usuallu happens to the stock when it goes from the pink sheets to the BB.
