FUGAZI, I am responding to the post that had your rhetorical question:
"Did ligand take the money and run or did they select a drug? Some seemed to be confident that we'd learn of their decision this week. I guess not."

Ask and answered questions are usually rhetorical.
My response "Watch what happens on Monday!" was to this post (but not to your rhetorical question) and I did clarify again and again that I was NOT responding to the above rhetorical question.
