That's true Andrew. My number babbling yesterday is to clarify what seems to be misundertanding about the shares listed in s-3. I am not claiming to know everything about it, but the following is very clear: That it is NOT an offering of shares by the company to raise money, That the shares are NOT being sold to Texaco, That the shares and potential shares are being registered to be sold for the convenience of existing shareholders, NOT being sold/dumped by the company. (Note also that Series A holders have to wait 120 days. Series B hasn't even been sold yet.) That is the extent of my knowledge on the issue. While I am sure of what I posted above, in the past I have inadvertently posted incorrect or omitted information. So, reader, beware. Don't trust me or the rest of the Internet. It is a sewer of misinformation. Call the company and clarify the information with them. I am learning just like all of you. Good luck people. Schop
