With respect this is not an offering of Panda but a filing which permits the previous people who participated in the last round of financing to sell their shares in the market. Of course the shorts will tout this as another example of people bailing out. Perhaps they will bail out but my sense is they are just positioning just to be able to sell. They didn't buy these shares as risky as they are to be sellers next week.
