t-bone, "I don't know" to all of your questions. I really do hope that the focus will switch from Boyar to the project once building starts. There really is no market for WACC on the pink sheets, I've seen big blocks (600K @1/64) last week. Because of the Reg s shares we don't have an accurate share count, each time I've requested a shareholder update package something seems to happen to invalidate previous share count.
I bought into WACC because I believed that the project has good potential to make money for investors. I still believe that and at 6 cents it's got to be a bargain for someone. Depending where you get your quotes from the bid ranges from 1/64 to 1/16.
One would expect that getting on the BB will give the stock some credibility and establish if nothing else a legitimate bid and asked price. Once construction is underway there should be a modest price increase and if everything is on the up and up relisting on NASDAQ is a realistic expectation late this year.
If the company has any regard for the common shareholder they will not slap us with another reverse split.
JOE
