I for one don't see how I could sue. I bought this myself, with general information, and understanding the risks. Bull, I agree with you. This company does have a product. From what I understand, every company has a similar problem with the WAN environment-just don't single out SEXI. It is a bandwidth problem I believe. From what I understand, the problem either is being, or has been corrected. I bought this because I wanted a piece of an industry that has the potential to boom. Not because of anything anyone said. I don't know what has gone on with all of this stuff, but I don't think it is fair to incriminate someone without a fair trial. This is still America. If the company responds to all of this, everyone would just call them a bunch of liars anyway-so it is logical to say nothing instead. I don't want to be responsible for having a hand in losing my own money by hurting the company. Charles has said he never intended on being with SEXI permanently anyway-so that means he was going to leave whether or not we wanted him to. Guys, if he intends on leaving at some point anyway (which means everyone would have their wish by having a new CEO) then be patient and don't destroy the company in the mean time. That would leave open the possibility of this company growing anyway. Just something to consider-remember, human emotions run in extremes. In May, he probably would have gotten a lot of votes for president. In October, he is getting votes for the electric chair. I have always believed there are 2 sides to every story, and the truth lies somewhere in between. Live long and prosper.
