Pat and Larry,

I sold out of my MU position at 33 7/8. Did not like the way MU was trading and found Ajay's news about GS interesting...although I could not find it. If MU drops below 33 I will buy PUTS.

Out of INTC at open for a point gain and now I am all in cash sitting on the sidelines.
