Just some random thoughts.. first..the notion that insiders are driving the price down ,is IMO, ludicrous..low price destroys confidence..would serve no purpose. companies also dont want the price to be at the LOW stage when they do a PP..they want it higher..for obvious reasons..i dont think that mgt would be thrilled at seeing $3 under any circumstances.. as to majors..i dont think that the market doesnt believe that the gold is there..the problem is the perception of mgt..and most of all not being able to buy electronically..this alone would increase the volume..i tried for several days to buy stock.going on what LITTLE information i could get to make a sane limit..it never went thru.. i think the market has little patience for this.i know i do..i didnt buy. anyway..we might as well just make up our minds that we we will just have to wait and see..first some said that it was because all were out for christmas holidays..then it was the attriters..then it was the PP..on and on..fact is..we dont know whats causing the delay or the drop in price.I dont think many here realize how careful these mining stocks have to be in what they report..maybe they are holding out til they can release a HUGE report to knock all off their feet.. or..the new labs could be having probs with the method and not getting repeatable results..who knows..lets hope for the first scenario.. but for my 2 cents worth..i also hope they release the news <if its good> in the morning be4 the market opens..dont ever give anyone time to think on a purchase!! you lose the momentum. and i hope they get a good PR man to read the PR first..these men of Mining sometimes forget that the market doesnt know all they know..and what may be obvious to them escapes most others..How bout St Paddys day..great day to celebrate!!
