Mark, I owned CGI about 2 years ago, buying it at a 30% discount and selling at 19% discount(too early I know), however put the money into EVT and UNI, similar to CGI, well managed closed end funds paying good distributions in both stock and cash, the discount is still in the high 20's, chk them out, both on the TSE. Scott Economic Investment Trust and Unitied Invest Trust, both controlled by EL Financial (Hal Jackman)... PS: CGI has a sister fund CWF(CanWorldFund) on the TSE, neat thing about this is it is FOREIGN stocks counts as Can Content in your RSP...
