CYMI is showing just how way oversold it really is. When stocks do not go down on bad news like SVGI's and Compaq's warnings then it is a very strong sign that these stocks are oversold. SVGI looks like a buy. The darn thing is showing strength in the wake of its warning. So are all the techs.

This portends rising stock prices in the near future.
