The Ark, were it to be found, would now be a gorgeous and priceless art object. To assume that the glory of the Lord would flood the museum where the filthy rich would have it placed, or the private black market collector's palace, is of course bizarre in concept. It is, if still existant, a priceless art object.
However, were this Ark to be returned to Jerusalem, and were myself, you, or Nancy, or a Jewish undecided who truly is looking for anything real to walk toward it, or ANYONE like that, I do believe with all my heart that God in Heaven would blast any of us from Heaven with His presence as a witness to the reality of the original Ark.
I believe what Barney was saying was the same concept as
"touch not the Lord's annointed", i.e., it's not good to bad mouth them....As we know. I think Barney was very kindly reminding Bob that he might have been a little out of line blasting me or anyone else who would care to discuss the Ark, wherein God did AT ONE TIME actually dwell in some form, IF we are to believe the Bible at all, we must believe it all, and I received what Barney was saying.
For sure he didn't mean that were we now to find the Ark made of wood and stone and touch it with our hands, God would kill us.
There has been an ongoing attempt on the part of what seemed an organized assault to forbid any talk of anything prior to Matthew 1:1 by Nancy. And Alan, whose spirit has always made me feel totally at home, and whose doctrine seems as right on with Jesus as is necessary for his salvation and a personal relationship with Jesus as anyone else I know, at that stage of their walk, not being a disciple yet of Jesus Christ, or having voiced that he (Alan) cares to enter the ministry in any way. The actions of others have has led to many problems.
Here these things can be discussed, and I always look forward to what you see and hopefully Shalom will join us and add his wonderful findings, and we will all be able to discuss the things of the Kingdom, so many sealed up until this time.
I am really going to pray that the miracle of discussion without dispute can go on here. That's why I know the Templar question can't go on here. It will just be used as bait by satan to bring in whatever dispute he can stir up, I'm afraid, and I've said enough about them that if the Lord wants to shed any more light, He will, and if not, I can't possibly recreate 200 years here for everyone to understand the facts anyway.

And since you of all people know how many wonderful secrets are buried in the O.T., of course we are looking for them. And should be able to discuss them without instant reprimand, which seems to have happened now for almost 2 months. So, of course that is unacceptable I think. I just hope it will all stop. But for any view of the Bible by any of us that is not correct, or could be more perfect, it certainly can be corrected here in Love. |
