Ray, Great article. Again, here we have a in depth examination of IPT which raises the issue of voice quality as a problem. Every time we find an article like this we should send the author an E-mail and introduce them to Franklin. I'm not saying Franklin is incapable of a bad connection, but the ten times in which I have had the opportunity to talk on the Tempest, I have never had a bad connection. I'll be sending this article to Franklin's PR company and asking them what they are doing to change this perception. Bill
