Letter of Intent and Collaboration on Magnetizing and Restructuring
Molecules in "Triumph Sport Energy" Signed Today

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 10, 1998--Pioneer
Services International Ltd. (OTC BB:PSVC), announced Tuesday the
signing of a letter of intent and collaboration to perform research
and development with its patented Jacobson Resonance technology on
"Triumph Sport Energy," a product line of natural beverages from
StonePoint Group Ltd., Canada (SP) (Alberta Stock Exchange).
The collaboration will focus upon the utilization of Jacobson
Resonance technology to restructure the water molecules and
constituents thereof, such as key antioxidants, electrolytes and
specific natural additives in the formulary of "Triumph." This
restructuring will improve absorption time, coherence and
cooperativity of biological systems, thus enhancing athletic ability.

The research is being planned and will commence in the near term.
Professional and amateur athletes will participate in trials during
the period of about four months.
