It would be better to know for sure and would solidify the holding or potentially point out problems. Money is based upon value and ESVS has little value and a poor record. Why will they be able to raise an exorbitant amount of money, many many times what they are worth? I hope to learn how as I would love to be able to do the same. I acquired some companies in the 80's via both friendly and not so friendly conditions, have a reasonable background in finance and this has me completely stumped how they expect to do it and why the investors based on what information is available would be willing to consider it. Any ideas?
