How is that company going to raise $50,000,000 in 2 weeks? Is it really that easy? ESVS stated this in their report: the holder of the Company's $500,000 accounts receivable collateralized loan agreed, subject to consent to the loan participants, to convert the loan into equity. Could a few zero's have "accidentally" been added? Could the private placement be to the loan holder? I would really like to believe in NETZ, but I still have too many BIG questions. Regards, Aleta
