MOT licensed Amati's T1E1.413-implemented tone-swapping algorithm for the couple dollars/modem . But they are competitors. <..I'm sure they won't be forced to compete against Amati/MOT...> Amati IS TXN. Amati and MOT now have virtually no link - other than the MOT tone-swapping licensing.
