Bottom? i think that you are right. The other thing that today's action tells us that the analyst are on top of things. There were no panic sales and only a moderate gap down. If you read the announcement carefully, you will also notice that the company is warning of slowdown in the next 3 quarters.
I would think that the return on capital they have should help offset the operating losses they expect.
Second, I would think that at current valuation they become a good takeover candidate for a large company who wants to do this in house. Something like a Nortel or QCom who they sell to now.
IMHO.
