Bob,
I'm amused by your revisionist ideas of history. You can go thru the RMIL threads' logs, do your DD on Kugler, you will find him posting, at his peak, 8-10 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I think logic would tell one, even if Kugler is sincere in trying to reveal a scam, any laymen can see that his pathological obsession to tank RMIL is an indicator that maybe there is something more there than 'humanitarian' concerns.
His history of working with the other shareshaker is also documented on S.I., on the KNIC thread, etc.
I submitted the posts to Dagny Young, the compliance officer at Principal who was not aware of to the extent he posted, he no longer posts.
If you are arguing that the OTC BB is not be abused by illegal , undeclared, naked shorting, that is your opinion, I respect that., IMO, we caught the MM's with their pants down to the 'estimated' tune of 5-6MM undeclared, naked, shortsold shares. If your opinion is the short position is not that large, fine, our feelings differ. The math can be found doing DD on the RMIL thread. But, we have 2.13MM shares certified in a float of 2.17MM shares with 3.3MM shares called. There are 44K posts on the RMIL thread, a non-trading BB stock, most slamming the stock relentlessly.
I don't care what you think, but respect your opinion to think that.
