Someone who is more familiar with financials than I am please correct me if I'm wrong, but this was nothing more than a stock swap, correct? If that is true, could the stock that ESVS received from NETZ in the exchange be used to look like assets on paper? Don't they (ESVS)need to show enough assets to remain listed? Is this a you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours sort of deal? Aleta
