There is NO DILLUTION.....what ESVS will be issued is Convertible Preferred Shares that can be converted in two years (if they want to).... ESVS has two companies....1) Laptop Solutions, and 2) NB Digital NB Digital has involvement with major Hollywood Movie Companies, DVD, internet related content, and compression technologies. The relationship for ZULU-tek is very positive with ESVS (a NASDAQ company) and will reinforce Zulu-tek in the areas of: 1) Finacially 2) Management 3) Technology
