utility companies will blame the State Regulators(PUC's) for their inaction.

Cheryl:

Your contact mentioned that "I will have propane generators and propane heaters", is there a reason for propane?, why not natural gas? The reason I'm asking is that I have been trying to determine if there could be a disruption in the supply of natural gas, how bad it could be and how hard it is to fix. I'm assuming that it is not has much of a problem as generating electricity, but I have not had any luck in finding this out. Thanks.
