Regarding K*R*Y, I would hesitate to bet against Asensio. His record looks pretty good. I suppose it is possible he has not bothered to post his predictions that were not successful, but I think that is unlikely.

I see the situation as this: a bunch of rumors have been flying around the internet concerning the lawsuit. Most people in the US & Canada do not have the resources to go to Venezuala and substantiate the state of the court case. As such the rumors are allowed to go unchecked. Asensio does have the resources to validate the court cases, and found nothing there worth investing in.

IMO, the only way I could invision going long (other than day-trades, which I don't do) would be if a certain Mexican patriot were to use his personal ties to validate Cryst's position. I believe someone did asked him (was it you?) if he could find out anything. I don't remember his responding directly, but I do think he is short.
