Alan, the morality we are discussing here vis-a-vis Mr. Asensio is not one of cold hard business tactics. I saw "Wall Street" too and I loved it! What we ARE talking about here is an individual who skirts the edges of the law and uses SLANDER, FRAUD and DECEIT as his primary weapons of choice. There IS a moral issue here and it is not one of a simple "we're the good guys and they're the bad guys" type of issue. It is not one of "we're trying to play fair and they're playing hardball".

To bend (yes, even break) the law in order to further your own financial gains at the expense of others IS a moral issue which needs to be discussed.
