There is a fundamental difference between Oil and computer. Oil won't lose value sitting in inventory. Computer does. For me, I would never buy a P166 computer no matter how cheap it is.. So you see when there is a diminishing demand for the outdated computers in the inventory, it won't necessary drive down the price for new computer.
