I have more "news" from my portfolio of stocks from lawyers, than "news" from the companies themselves! It's totally disgusting and does real damage to a lot of companies. Totally unfair. Finally after 20 or so years congress passes a law (Clinton vetoed it but it passed anyway)to curtail these lawsuits, and it only made the problems worse because the lawyers got around it by filing "Class Action" suits!
