That is to make announcements (like press releases) on days that commemorate joyous events. A mystical synergy takes place not easily explained, but very potent and important. This coming Thursday will be the day that Jews all over the world will celebrate Purim, a day which commemorates the deliverance of the Jews in Persia from destruction by the evil Prime Minister Haman, who sought to murder all the Jews. The story is part of the Book of Esther in the Bible. It is a day of great celebration in which the entire family participates. Thus---it is a good day for good things to happen-----like a wonderful press release from Naxos that would also be a form of "deliverance". Bob Goldstein
