Hi guys. I see you decided to take the plunge. I think that there is a fair chance the tech stocks will shrug off most of the remaining earnings pre-announcements and will rally higher during the next few weeks. So far that seems to be the case. However, I think the semi equipment and other stocks with a lot of exposure to Asia will be hit. Many of these are still valued based on high expectations for higher sales and profits latter this year and next. Those expectations are probably going to be cut back further.

IDTI looks like it is trying to base at this level but the TA still looks too weak for me to call it a technical buy. I am out of the stock until the TA looks more favorable or until we get some indication that production or sales and earnings are ramping at a faster pace than is currently forecast. IDTI will get well less of 15% of sales from the C6 this quarter and CL is starting from scratch. A downturn in communications and networking equipment sectors could become a factor to put some pressure on IDTI's stock price.

It would be nice to know what IDTI IR has to say about how things are going. I too haven't been able to get through to Brian B. The key to the stock price is fundamentally tied to how fast IDTI can ramp production on the C6 and how well their core communications and networking product areas are holding up. If those things look positive, particularly if C6 is ramping as well or better than expectations, IDTI should look like a bargain at this price.
