I don't remember KESE doing an IPO. I was under the impression that they listed their shares on the OTC Bulletin Board without any IPO. The price it started trading at was not necessarily based on the value of the company. It was up to the market makers.

In valuing KESE now, you should analyze the company and not look at what it traded at in the past. The price it started trading at may not have been "pumped" but it certainly COULD have been absurd.
