Hey HIEP.... Don't blame anyone except the demo. govt (at that time of Pres. Johnson, majority demo. in the House of Rep, and Senate). They did not even know how to declare official war on North Vietnam. They kept sending their armies until Nixon stopped it. Thanks God that I have never been Demo. all my life! BTW.. With Dole's economic plan, Iomg ESP will be better... Thuc
