Don't forget that Q4 is historically very strong for Oracle. The sales reps cut all kinds of deals to book revenue in May and have it count towards their year-end quotas. Also, Oracle is expected to ship Developer/2000 V2.1 this (4th) quarter. Unlike prior new releases of the tools that customers with support agreements got for free, this release will require the purchase of new "Developer/2000 Server" licenses if customers want to deploy their applications on the web (and the demand is tremendous). I think that there will be a nice revenue boost from the tools side in Q4, and probably some associated services revenue as Oracle Consulting Services goes out to help customers build their first web-enabled applications.
