I must apologize for erroneously reporting that there will only be 7 members on the AP on 4/9. Actually, there will be 9 members as I found out that the 2 members that were not at the last meeting have been replaced. The 2 new members are: James C. Grotta, M.D. Professor of Neurology University of Texas Health Science Center Houston, TX and Michael H. Brooke, M.D. Department of Clinical Neurosciences Foothills Hospital Calgary, Alberta, CANADA The only thing that makes me nervous is that they are both M.D.'s. At the last panel meeting all 6 M.D.'s voted negatively and the 3 Ph.D's voted positively. But if the new data is positive it won't matter. I have learned that Cephalon has definitely provided the FDA with new data which includes the T-IND data. I know this has already been assumed but I have now spoken with Cephalon and they have confirmed that. I am currently waiting to find out who else is scheduled to be present at the meeting. The FDA has told me that this will be a meeting to discuss statistics so they will be retaining statisticians again. Positive stock movement today as a result of the Cowen & Co conference today. I don't know what was said yet but will find out.
