Sparky... If the DBCO deal is to go smoothly, I would think that the ECO share price will have to move to a credible point before the deal is signed off. The offer specifies $15 in a way that one would think is very probable. I am therefore speculating that I should wait a while until this present situation recedes into the background. I feel that the price will be somewhere midway to $15 by June. Meanwhile.... I have been trying to assemble the components of the $245 mil backlog and associate them with the various subsidiaries. Although I can see better than half, I am finding this to be virtually impossible with the information given so far in various news releases. One thing that would be nice to see would be the ratio of soft to hard items. Have you, any ideas on this?? regards pete m
