cellnet(cnds) did an ipo from morgan that the valuation of the company was 600million-thats right 600million-CNDS. do some research on it. if converge does an ipo of 300 million and controls 70% of the company we are looking at a value of 210million and with 7 million shares outstanding thats 30 dollers alone in stock. phd won an award -check out the news.
