After 5 days (including weekend) of rebuilding NT because NT hates me, I have just downloaded last 3 days from QP+ (V 1.1) from net with following times; 3/5 1:37 3/6 0:27 3/9 0:52 Variations are typical for web traffic (though 1:37 is much slower than normal; something hung in the middle). This is with a 56kb connection via frame relay. I have observed 56kb modem connections via pots (typically connecting at 50-52kb) to give comparable times, though my pots ISP is sick at the moment.
