Linda, it's a gray area I've known several situations where a company felt they could fight win, but settled instead in order to avoid costs & "mental" effects for the employees. This may not apply here because settling may be viewed as admitting to something pretty awful. One thing's for sure though, we're gonna find out soon who's really the good guys and the bad guys.
