Dr. Mike,

Even Vivus's management expects 2Q and 3Q to be negatively affected, but then again, what do they know. Their so busy dodging bullets from angry investors, I'm surprised they haven't fled the country. If blankmind (our resident accountant) could inspect their books, I'm sure he'd see a line entry for bullet proof vests.
IMO Leland is stifling the company. The street doesn't trust him any more than they can spit, and neither do I.
