I have the forms in hand and will transfer to Brown. Yes, they trade penny stocks at the same 5 & 10. I agree, I see no reason not to transfer. They are established and I have heard good reports from people who have been with them for over several years. I had them send me a sample of their monthly accouinting. Looks Okay. Good Luck. BH
